News: Heritage Bus Rides - Routes Announced!

We are delighted to announce the routes of the heritage bus rides which will be running throughout the day during Buses Festival on 31 August 2014.

Three services will be running during the event which will be free for all visitors attending the show -simply show the wristband received on arrival to gain access.

Route 1 – Internal Road System at the Heritage Motor Centre
This route will take visitors around the back of the museum and onto the exit using the one-way system before returning into the centre past the front of the museum and back to its original location.

Route 2- Short trip - 6 miles
This service will leave from the Heritage Motor Centre and take the B4100 through Lighthorne Heath to the Fosse Roundabout then retrace its route back to the Centre.

Route 3 - Long trip – 13 miles
This service will leave from the Heritage Motor Centre onto the B4100 through Lighthorne Heath and onto the B4086 through to Compton Verney to Kineton. The bus will stop for a brief photo opportunity (visitors can explore the village and return on a later bus) before returning along the route to the Heritage Motor Centre.
